Retail Sales Associate – Beauty Products

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Permanent Sales Staff (Female) to join our Bomb Cosmetics team at Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi.

Candidates with their own valid visa (spouse/parent/freelance) will be given priority consideration. Prior experience in retail—preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty sector—is required.

This permanent role requires a well-presented, energetic individual who can deliver excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and consistently contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Provide accurate product knowledge and recommend suitable Bomb Cosmetics products
• Actively contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle POS transactions accurately and responsibly
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Participate in product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities
• Follow company grooming, hygiene, and dress code standards at all times
• Support inventory replenishment, stock handling, and end-of-day sales reporting
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Own valid visa holders preferred (spouse / parent / freelance visa)
• Proven experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail sales is mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
• Well-presented, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work mall operating hours, including weekends and public holidays

Work Details

• Location: Bomb Cosmetics – Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi
• Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
• Weekly Off: 1 day per week
