About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through company platforms, networking, and personal outreach.
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and investment consultations.
- Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Maintain strong knowledge of communities, market trends, and developer offerings.
- Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and UAE regulations.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent client service.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales preferred (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and target‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
