Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.</li><li>Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.</li><li>Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.</li><li>Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.</li><li>Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>2 years prior Bartending experience is required.</li><li>Proficient in food handling techniques and safety protocols.</li><li>Experience in banquet service and catering is a plus.</li><li>Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of various beverages.</li><li>Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems.</li><li>Excellent math skills for managing cash transactions accurately.</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.</li><li>A commitment to hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will shine, and your contributions will be valued!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
