Restaurant Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Skills

• 2 years prior Bartending experience is required.
• Proficient in food handling techniques and safety protocols.
• Experience in banquet service and catering is a plus.
• Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of various beverages.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent math skills for managing cash transactions accurately.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• A commitment to hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
