About the role You'll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly - an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager and client services officer. Usually, your day will involve:<ul><li>Friendly customer service to everyone - whether in person, on the phone or over email.</li><li>Managing the front desk, answering calls and managing emails.</li><li>Welcoming visitors, volunteers, contractors to the home.</li><li>Assisting with ordering supplies and staff uniforms.</li><li>Keeping on top of paperwork - record keeping, filing etc.</li><li>Showing off our home to future residents and their families.</li><li>Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks.</li></ul>You'll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail.
