<div>Job Title: Executive &amp; Personal Assistant
Classification: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Work Locations: Office and occasional work at the employer&rsquo;s residence 
Position Summary
The Executive &amp; Personal Assistant provides administrative support to the executive and assists with select personal tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role includes office responsibilities, coordination of errands, and limited support at the employer&rsquo;s residence, including transportation duties. The position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability. 
Work Hours &amp; Compensation<ul><li>
This is a non-exempt position; all hours worked must be accurately recorded</li><li>
Employee is eligible for overtime in accordance with California law</li><li>
Employee must take all required meal and rest breaks</li><li>
All driving and errand time is considered hours worked and must be recorded</li></ul> 

Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.</li>
<li>Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes</li>
<li>Serve as the main contact for high-level executive</li>
<li>Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies</li>
</ul>
Administrative/Office Duties<ul><li>
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings</li><li>
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence as directed</li><li>
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)</li><li>
Assist with projects, reports, and general office coordination</li><li>
Perform other administrative duties as assigned</li></ul> 
Personal Assistant Duties<ul><li>
Run business and personal errands as needed</li><li>
Assist with light coordination of household-related tasks</li><li>
Support scheduling and logistics for personal and professional commitments</li></ul> 
Transportation Responsibilities<ul><li>
Safely operate a company-provided vehicle for work-related duties</li><li>
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the company vehicle</li></ul> 
Additional Expectations<ul><li>
Maintain professionalism in both business and personal environments</li><li>
Follow all company policies, including safety and vehicle use policies</li><li>
Comply with all applicable California wage and hour laws</li></ul> 

Qualifications:<ul><li>
2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties</li>
<li>Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
</li><li>Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines</li>
<li>Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills</li>
<li>Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Valid California driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>
Ability to be insured under the company&rsquo;s vehicle insurance policy</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li><li>
Bilingual English/Spanish</li></ul> 
Physical &amp; Work Environment<ul><li>
Work is performed in both an office setting and occasionally at a private residence</li><li>
Position may require driving, walking, and light lifting</li></ul>
