Job Title: Executive & Personal Assistant
Classification: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Work Locations: Office and occasional work at the employer’s residence
Position Summary
The Executive & Personal Assistant provides administrative support to the executive and assists with select personal tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role includes office responsibilities, coordination of errands, and limited support at the employer’s residence, including transportation duties. The position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
Work Hours & Compensation

This is a non-exempt position; all hours worked must be accurately recorded

Employee is eligible for overtime in accordance with California law

Employee must take all required meal and rest breaks
-
All driving and errand time is considered hours worked and must be recorded
Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.
- Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
- Serve as the main contact for high-level executive
- Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
Administrative/Office Duties

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence as directed

Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)

Assist with projects, reports, and general office coordination

Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Personal Assistant Duties

Run business and personal errands as needed

Assist with light coordination of household-related tasks

Support scheduling and logistics for personal and professional commitments
Transportation Responsibilities

Safely operate a company-provided vehicle for work-related duties

Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols

Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the company vehicle
Additional Expectations

Maintain professionalism in both business and personal environments

Follow all company policies, including safety and vehicle use policies

Comply with all applicable California wage and hour laws
Qualifications:-
2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
Requirements

Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
