The Mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective math instruction that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. The teacher motivates students to achieve academic excellence and prepares them for future studies and practical applications of mathematics.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, prepare, and deliver daily mathematics lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.</li><li>Develop lesson plans that are clear, organized, and aligned with learning objectives.</li><li>Use a variety of teaching methods and educational tools to enhance understanding.</li><li>Evaluate and monitor students&rsquo; progress through assessments, assignments, and projects.</li><li>Provide extra support and guidance to students who need additional help.</li><li>Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students&rsquo; performance and behavior.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.</li><li>Integrate technology into teaching to improve learning outcomes.</li><li>Continuously upgrade subject knowledge and teaching methods.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Mathematics or Education (with specialization in Math).</li><li>Teaching certification or relevant qualification preferred.</li><li>Strong command of mathematical concepts and effective teaching strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.</li><li>Ability to inspire and motivate students.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Classroom-based with occasional outdoor or online teaching activities.</li><li>Collaboration with other faculty members and participation in academic events.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
