Teacher of maths

The Mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective math instruction that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. The teacher motivates students to achieve academic excellence and prepares them for future studies and practical applications of mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver daily mathematics lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans that are clear, organized, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and educational tools to enhance understanding.
• Evaluate and monitor students’ progress through assessments, assignments, and projects.
• Provide extra support and guidance to students who need additional help.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students’ performance and behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Integrate technology into teaching to improve learning outcomes.
• Continuously upgrade subject knowledge and teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or Education (with specialization in Math).
• Teaching certification or relevant qualification preferred.
• Strong command of mathematical concepts and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Work Environment:

• Classroom-based with occasional outdoor or online teaching activities.
• Collaboration with other faculty members and participation in academic events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
