As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) you own and deliver major product modules end-to-end &mdash; from backend APIs to React-based frontends. Work closely with the Sr./Principal engineer to evolve architecture and best practices.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to build systems that serve schools across India &mdash; this role is for you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Develop web based applications using NodeJS, ReactJS and MySQL</li><li>Design database schema (MySQL/Postgres, multi-tenant)</li><li>Drive code quality, enforce coding standards and design patterns</li><li>Collaborate on product planning with PM and design teams</li><li>Take ownership of modules of different product of Ether&rsquo;s SaaS platform</li><li>Collaborate with Product and Design teams for seamless execution</li><li>Contribute to delivery planning.</li><li>Contribute to system design, scalability, performance, and security of core systems</li><li>Ensure high code quality, testing, and documentation standards</li><li>Leverage GenAI with Cursor AI / GitHub Copilot</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Proven experience (5&ndash;9 years) in building and scalable products</li><li>Hands-on leader with deep expertise in full-stack development (Node.js, React, MySQL, etc.)</li><li>Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and security practices.</li><li>Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator</li><li>Builder&rsquo;s mindset with a bias for execution</li><li>Leverage GenAI with Cursor AI / GitHub Copilot</li></ul>Bonus If You Have (Not mandatory, but helpful)<ul><li>Prior work in multi-tenant SaaS platforms</li><li>Experience in EdTech or building platforms for schools or education systems</li><li>Familiarity with data security, compliance, and multi-tenant architecture</li><li>Interest in emerging AI technologies and how they can be applied to education</li><li>Exposure to Docker, or Terraform</li><li>Set up CI/CD, performance monitoring, and release management</li></ul>What&rsquo;s in it for You<ul><li>Be part of the core engineering team shaping Ether&rsquo;s platform.</li><li>Build for real impact in education across India</li><li>Work in a fast-paced, learning-first environment with a strong engineering culture</li><li>Leadership-level ownership</li></ul>Passionate about helping schools succeed?
