 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Building, executing, and managing end-to-end automated marketing campaigns across channels such as email, push, SMS, in-app, social, and web.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing and managing customer journeys, workflows, triggers, segmentation, and personalization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting lead nurturing, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance (engagement, CTRs, conversions, retention) and optimizing for effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing and maintaining marketing automation platforms, ensuring data hygiene, audience segmentation, and smooth integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with internal teams including performance, content, product, and client servicing to align campaigns with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying updated with marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Retention Marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with customer journey mapping, campaign setup, segmentation, and personalization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of email marketing best practices including A/B testing and optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
