We&rsquo;re seeking a hands-on HR Manager with strong experience in HR policy design, implementation, and compliance to support a rapidly scaling EdTech organization.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Own and drive end-to-end HR policies across the organization</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, POSH, audits)</li><li>Manage employee lifecycle, employee relations, and disciplinary matters</li><li>Lead performance management and engagement initiatives</li><li>Partner with leadership to build scalable HR frameworks</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>MBA/PGDM in HR</li><li>7+ years of HR experience (EdTech/Education preferred)</li><li>Proven expertise in HR policies and compliance</li><li>Strong stakeholder and communication skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹70,096.74 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
