HR Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on HR Manager with strong experience in HR policy design, implementation, and compliance to support a rapidly scaling EdTech organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive end-to-end HR policies across the organization
• Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, POSH, audits)
• Manage employee lifecycle, employee relations, and disciplinary matters
• Lead performance management and engagement initiatives
• Partner with leadership to build scalable HR frameworks

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 7+ years of HR experience (EdTech/Education preferred)
• Proven expertise in HR policies and compliance
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹70,096.74 per month
