Job Overview
Our Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager (F&B/Hospitality) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a Full-Time position within a world-class, professional global company with deep-rooted business fundamentals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources operations specifically within our Food & Beverage and Hospitality divisions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambition to hire and develop the most efficient and dynamic people, ensuring our HR strategies align with our commitment to contemporary market trends and organisational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy of the F&B/Hospitality division.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new team members, ensuring a high-calibre workforce.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance and employee development.
* Nurture a positive and productive working environment by addressing demands, grievances, and other employee relations issues.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law and regulations throughout all human resource management activities.
* Maintain and enhance employee benefits programmes, compensation structures, and reward systems.
* Work closely with divisional management to identify training needs and implement effective learning and development programmes.
* Report to senior management on key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage all HR administrative tasks, including payroll, employee records, and HR information systems.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an HR Manager, with significant and demonstrable experience within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is essential.
* A thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong people management skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with integrity and professionalism.
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
* Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
