We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team.Position Overview:As the Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in providing strategic legal advice and guidance to support the company's operations and objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Advising on company law matters.</li><li>Managing any dispute arising out of the business; familiarity with UAE Court litigation and UAE arbitration processes is an advantage;</li><li>Dealing with general day-to-day legal matters, including procurement, software licensing, professional services, employment, financing/treasury and real estate.</li></ul>Legal Advisory:<ul><li>Provide expert legal counsel on a broad range of matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and corporate governance.</li></ul>Contract Negotiation and Drafting:<ul><li>Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the interests of the company.</li></ul>Risk Management:<ul><li>Identify potential legal risks and propose strategies for risk mitigation.
