A growing real estate brokerage in Dubai is expanding its sales team and is currently seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to join our dynamic environment. We specialize in both off-plan projects and the secondary market.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales of off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of local and international clients
- Source and list properties including apartments, villas, and luxury units
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and transfer
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Must be currently based in the UAE
