As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:
• Russian
• Turkish
• French
• Italian
• German
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable properties based on clients' requirements.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales or leasing process.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and pricing.
• Manage client inquiries and maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.
• Provide exceptional after-sales and customer service.
