We are currently launching a translation and interpretation agency and are looking for an experienced Localization Operations / Project Manager to help build and grow our operations from the ground up.This is not just a coordination role &mdash; we&rsquo;re looking for someone who can take ownership and help shape how we scale.What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Set up and manage localization workflows from scratch</li><li>Recruit, vet, and onboard translators &amp; interpreters</li><li>Manage projects end-to-end (clients &rarr; linguists &rarr; delivery)</li><li>Help structure operations, processes, and tools</li><li>Support growth by building a strong network of linguists</li><li>Ideal profile:</li><li>Experience in localization project management or operations</li><li>Comfortable working in a startup / early-stage environment</li><li>Strong in both execution and problem-solving</li><li>Experience recruiting and managing linguists is a big plus</li></ul>Details:<ul><li>Part-time, remote, flexible hours</li><li>Starting rate: $12 CAD/hour (with growth potential as we scale)</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership role</li></ul>If you're interested in building something from the ground up, feel free to message us directly.Referrals are welcomeنوع الوظيفة: دوام جزئي, مؤقت مدة العقد: 2 شهورموقع العمل: عن بُعد
