Translation Operations Manager (Remote, Part-Time – Growth Opportunity)

We are currently launching a translation and interpretation agency and are looking for an experienced Localization Operations / Project Manager to help build and grow our operations from the ground up.

This is not just a coordination role — we’re looking for someone who can take ownership and help shape how we scale.

What you’ll do:

• Set up and manage localization workflows from scratch
• Recruit, vet, and onboard translators & interpreters
• Manage projects end-to-end (clients → linguists → delivery)
• Help structure operations, processes, and tools
• Support growth by building a strong network of linguists
• Ideal profile:
• Experience in localization project management or operations
• Comfortable working in a startup / early-stage environment
• Strong in both execution and problem-solving
• Experience recruiting and managing linguists is a big plus

Details:

• Part-time, remote, flexible hours
• Starting rate: $12 CAD/hour (with growth potential as we scale)
• Opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership role
