Seeking Experienced Caregivers, Starting at $22/hr, Shifts Available!Job Description:Eucalyptus Home Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, non-medical home care services to seniors in North County San Diego. We are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team of professional caregivers. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.</li><li>Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.</li><li>Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being.</li><li>Monitor and report changes in clients&rsquo; health, behavior, and needs to supervisors.</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.</li><li>Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals and family members.</li><li>Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients as needed.</li><li>Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.</li><li>Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.</li></ul>Why Join Eucalyptus Home Care?<ul><li>Professional Training: All our caregivers are trained by a medical doctor.
