Seeking Experienced Caregivers, Starting at $22/hr, Shifts Available!

Job Description:

Eucalyptus Home Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, non-medical home care services to seniors in North County San Diego. We are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team of professional caregivers. Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behavior, and needs to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
• Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals and family members.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients as needed.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
