We empower GTM teams to work with clean, actionable data so they can focus on what matters most: growing the business.TexAu | Find Leads Anywhere, Reach People EverywhereKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping visually compelling brand and marketing assets across digital and print platforms.<ul><li>Create Visually Engaging Designs: Design high-quality graphics for digital and offline use, including social media creatives, website visuals, banners, presentations, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines.</li><li>Develop Brand &amp; Marketing Collaterals: Create and maintain consistent brand assets such as logos, brand decks, templates, illustrations, icons, and promotional materials to ensure a cohesive brand identity.</li><li>Design for Digital Platforms: Design creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages with a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, content, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate ideas into impactful visual designs.</li><li>Create Motion &amp; Multimedia Assets: Design GIFs, basic motion graphics, reels, short videos, or animations for marketing and brand communication when required.</li><li>Maintain Design Consistency:Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels and touchpoints.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>You are passionate about visual design and creating impactful, aesthetically pleasing creatives.</li><li>You have a strong eye for color, typography, composition, and visual balance.</li><li>You are creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy experimenting with new design styles and trends.</li><li>You can clearly explain your design choices and take constructive feedback positively.</li><li>You stay updated with graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing creatives, digital assets, and design versatility.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Aftereffects or similar.</li><li>Basic understanding of branding, marketing design principles, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Experience in designing for social media, digital marketing, and web platforms.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Willingness to work from our office as required.</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance (For India Onsite employees only).</li><li>Paid time off and sick leave.</li><li>A budget for professional development, courses, and books.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive office environment with regular team events.</li></ul>Why Join TexAu?At TexAu, you'll be part of an ambitious team solving a significant problem for thousands of companies.
