Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping visually compelling brand and marketing assets across digital and print platforms.

• Create Visually Engaging Designs: Design high-quality graphics for digital and offline use, including social media creatives, website visuals, banners, presentations, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Develop Brand & Marketing Collaterals: Create and maintain consistent brand assets such as logos, brand decks, templates, illustrations, icons, and promotional materials to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Design for Digital Platforms: Design creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages with a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, content, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate ideas into impactful visual designs.
• Create Motion & Multimedia Assets: Design GIFs, basic motion graphics, reels, short videos, or animations for marketing and brand communication when required.
• Maintain Design Consistency:Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

• You are creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy experimenting with new design styles and trends.
• You can clearly explain your design choices and take constructive feedback positively.
• You stay updated with graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing creatives, digital assets, and design versatility.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Aftereffects or similar.
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing design principles, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in designing for social media, digital marketing, and web platforms.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work from our office as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
