This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys ownership, accuracy, and being a trusted financial resource in a small‑business environment.Schedule &amp; Hours<ul><li>Part‑time: Approximately 10&ndash;15 hours per week</li><li>May increase to up to 20 hours per week on occasion</li><li>Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday&ndash;Thursday</li><li>Tuesday morning staff meetings on‑site are required</li><li>Limited remote work may be available after systems are established</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Full‑cycle bookkeeping and accounting</li><li>QuickBooks Online management, reconciliations, and reporting</li><li>Payroll processing</li><li>Job costing and financial tracking support</li><li>Excel reporting and data organization</li><li>HR administrative support, including employee onboarding documentation</li><li>Safety program coordination and record maintenance</li><li>Maintaining clean, accurate, audit‑ready financial records</li><li>Acting as a trusted administrative and financial resource for ownership</li></ul>Preferred / Beneficial Experience<ul><li>Project management software experience (currently using JobTread)</li><li>Experience supporting a small business, trades, or manufacturing environment</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Pay based on experience, up to $39 per hour</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Profit sharing</li><li>Stable, respectful, long‑term work environment</li><li>Opportunity for increased responsibility and hours over time</li></ul>How to ApplySend your resume or work history to Paul@eullwoodworks.com Learn more about us at www.eullwoodworks.comPay: $29.00 - $39.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
