Office Manager/Accounting Lead (Part-Time)

Eull Woodworks, Inc., a well‑established, high‑end cabinetry design and production company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Accounting Lead to oversee accounting and key administrative functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys ownership, accuracy, and being a trusted financial resource in a small‑business environment.

Schedule & Hours

  • Part‑time: Approximately 10–15 hours per week
  • May increase to up to 20 hours per week on occasion
  • Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
  • Tuesday morning staff meetings on‑site are required
  • Limited remote work may be available after systems are established

Key Responsibilities

  • Full‑cycle bookkeeping and accounting
  • QuickBooks Online management, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Payroll processing
  • Job costing and financial tracking support
  • Excel reporting and data organization
  • HR administrative support, including employee onboarding documentation
  • Safety program coordination and record maintenance
  • Maintaining clean, accurate, audit‑ready financial records
  • Acting as a trusted administrative and financial resource for ownership

Preferred / Beneficial Experience

  • Project management software experience (currently using JobTread)
  • Experience supporting a small business, trades, or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay based on experience, up to $39 per hour
