Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in human resources management. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about developing organizational talent, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact!Duties<ul><li>Full cycle recruiting and onboarding</li><li>complete payroll using Paychex Flex</li><li>Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.</li><li>Manage employee evaluation and performance management processes by supporting managers with goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews.</li><li>Administer benefits programs and oversee benefits enrollment</li><li>Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design projects and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.</li><li>Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively while ensuring adherence to employment &amp; labor law standards.</li><li>Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy for workforce management and generate reports for strategic planning and compliance purposes.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources or HR coordination roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment &amp; labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.</li><li>Proficiency with HR technology platforms, experience with Paychex Flex is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and manage employee relations confidently.</li><li>Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to change management strategies and support organizational development initiatives.</li><li>Experience in benefits administration, payroll processing (using tools like Paychex or ADP), and data collection for HR analytics.</li><li>Strong administrative experience including data entry accuracy and document management related to contracts and employee records.
