Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in human resources management. Duties
- Full cycle recruiting and onboarding
- complete payroll using Paychex Flex
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Manage employee evaluation and performance management processes by supporting managers with goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews.
- Administer benefits programs and oversee benefits enrollment
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design projects and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively while ensuring adherence to employment & labor law standards.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy for workforce management and generate reports for strategic planning and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or HR coordination roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Proficiency with HR technology platforms, experience with Paychex Flex is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and manage employee relations confidently.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change management strategies and support organizational development initiatives.
- Experience in benefits administration, payroll processing (using tools like Paychex or ADP), and data collection for HR analytics.
- Strong administrative experience including data entry accuracy and document management related to contracts and employee records.
