We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Engineer to join our team in developing a large-scale, innovative software solution. Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Own the technical direction and system architecture across .NET, Angular, and AWS</li><li>
Lead and coordinate a multinational, cross-functional team (BE, FE, Mobile, DevOps, QA) across multiple time zones</li><li>
Facilitate and own Scrum ceremonies, planning, and delivery processes</li><li>
Decompose epics into technical tasks, provide estimations, and manage dependencies</li><li>
Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance of the platform</li><li>
Identify and proactively mitigate technical and delivery risks</li><li>
Act as the primary technical advisor for the client, supporting architectural and strategic decisions</li><li>
Collaborate with IoT teams and DevOps on integrations, CI/CD, and cloud operations</li><li>
Conduct 1:1 meetings, mentor engineers, and promote knowledge sharing</li><li>
Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve team processes</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required skills</b></h3><ul><li>
Strong commercial experience with .NET (8+ years)</li><li>
Solid experience with frontend framework (mainly Angular or another, such as React/Vue)</li><li>
Proven experience with AWS</li><li>
Ability to define, own, and evolve system architecture</li><li>
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines</li><li>
Strong skills in epic decomposition into technical tasks, including estimation and dependency management</li><li>
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Leadership Skills</b>:</p><ul><li>
Proven experience leading multinational teams across multiple time zones</li><li>
Ownership and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies</li><li>
