About position

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Engineer to join our team in developing a large-scale, innovative software solution. The project aims to improve efficiency, enable scalable operations, and deliver long-term value for clients. It leverages modern technologies and cloud infrastructure to provide robust, high-performance, and forward-looking features for users worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical direction and system architecture across .NET, Angular, and AWS
  • Lead and coordinate a multinational, cross-functional team (BE, FE, Mobile, DevOps, QA) across multiple time zones
  • Facilitate and own Scrum ceremonies, planning, and delivery processes
  • Decompose epics into technical tasks, provide estimations, and manage dependencies
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance of the platform
  • Identify and proactively mitigate technical and delivery risks
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for the client, supporting architectural and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with IoT teams and DevOps on integrations, CI/CD, and cloud operations
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings, mentor engineers, and promote knowledge sharing
  • Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve team processes

Required skills

  • Strong commercial experience with .NET (8+ years)
  • Solid experience with frontend framework (mainly Angular or another, such as React/Vue)
  • Proven experience with AWS
  • Ability to define, own, and evolve system architecture
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong skills in epic decomposition into technical tasks, including estimation and dependency management
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven experience leading multinational teams across multiple time zones
  • Ownership and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
  • Experience conducting regular 1:1 meetings and supporting professional growth
  • Ability to scale team collaboration and delivery processes
  • Proactive risk identification and mitigation, both technical and delivery-related
  • Strong decision-making skills and ownership in complex, ambiguous environments

Soft Skills & Mindset:

  • High level of professional maturity, accountability, and ownership
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with teams and stakeholders
  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on value delivery and long-term impact
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to propose effective, scalable solutions while minimizing risks
  • English proficiency: C1 level or higher (fluent spoken and written communication)

Would be a plus

  • Familiarity with AWS IoT services
  • Experience working with AI/ML-driven solutions
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Preference for candidates available for international travel
