Office Manager (Flexible Hours | Part-Time to Full-Time)Holland, MIWe&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Office Manager to join our fast-paced repair facility and play a key role in both our financial operations and day-to-day business success. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and making a real impact, this could be the perfect fit.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own the full bookkeeping function, including financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining the general ledger</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments</li><li>Process payroll and handle payroll-related taxes and compliance</li><li>Support HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding and coordinating employee events</li><li>Lead digital marketing efforts, including managing social media, growing followers, and engaging with customers online, and monitoring/responding to Google reviews</li><li>Oversee office and shop organization, including supply inventory, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service and assist with front-office interactions</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and banking platforms</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Accounting or bookkeeping experience (small business experience preferred)</li><li>Experience with Mitchell ShopKey is a plus (not required)</li><li>Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma required</li><li>5+ years of office management, bookkeeping, or administrative experience</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay: $25.00&ndash;$33.00 per hour (based on experience)</li><li>Flexible schedule (we&rsquo;re open to part-time or full-time, and working with your schedule!)</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Company-paid life insurance</li><li>Simple IRA retirement plan</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li></ul>If you're ready to take ownership of a critical role and help drive both the financial and operational success of a growing business, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
