Office Manager

Office Manager (Flexible Hours | Part-Time to Full-Time)

Holland, MI

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Office Manager to join our fast-paced repair facility and play a key role in both our financial operations and day-to-day business success. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and making a real impact, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full bookkeeping function, including financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining the general ledger
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
  • Process payroll and handle payroll-related taxes and compliance
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding and coordinating employee events
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including managing social media, growing followers, and engaging with customers online, and monitoring/responding to Google reviews
  • Oversee office and shop organization, including supply inventory, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist with front-office interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and banking platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience (small business experience preferred)
  • Experience with Mitchell ShopKey is a plus (not required)
  • Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • 5+ years of office management, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
  • Self-starter who can work independently
