 Job Requirements

 Fluency in
 
 Turkish and English
 
 (spoken and written)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle pressure and multitask
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with a positive attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM or ERP systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in accounting, customer service or administration is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 University graduate
 </li>

 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing written and verbal support to customers regarding the preparation of refund documents for countries eligible for Tax Refund and Excise Duty services and the procurement of relevant documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping track of current information regarding document lists and procedures for the relevant countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking tasks related to sending documents to customers and the ability to work in coordination with the central branch.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to maintain strong communication with customers throughout the entire procedure required for the Tax Refund and Excise Duty services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English for communication with the central branch (CZ).
 </li>
 <li>
 Use of the program and related websites in the Tax Refund and Excise Duty services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use of MS Office programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking and timely completion of the necessary procedures for making periodic applications to the relevant tax offices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Timely fulfillment of requests received from Tax Authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination skills with regional representatives (ASM, RSM).
 </li>
