You’ll help customers with documentation, stay on top of deadlines, and work closely with both our central team and local reps.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM or ERP systems)
  • Previous experience in accounting, customer service or administration is an advantage
  • University graduate


Job Responsibilities

  • Providing written and verbal support to customers regarding the preparation of refund documents for countries eligible for Tax Refund and Excise Duty services and the procurement of relevant documents.
  • Keeping track of current information regarding document lists and procedures for the relevant countries.
  • Tracking tasks related to sending documents to customers and the ability to work in coordination with the central branch.
  • The ability to maintain strong communication with customers throughout the entire procedure required for the Tax Refund and Excise Duty services.
  • Fluency in English for communication with the central branch (CZ).
  • Use of the program and related websites in the Tax Refund and Excise Duty services.
  • Use of MS Office programs.
  • Tracking and timely completion of the necessary procedures for making periodic applications to the relevant tax offices.
  • Timely fulfillment of requests received from Tax Authorities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with regional representatives (ASM, RSM).
