Marketing &amp; Design SpecialistESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Writing<ul><li>Research and create content, including web pages, landing pages, social media posts, ad copy, product briefs, and success stories.</li><li>Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations team members to translate highly specialized information into customer-focused content.</li></ul>Digital Marketing<ul><li>Create and monitor ad campaigns across media platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Social Media, email and websites.</li><li>Design &amp; Create Product datasheets and marketing collateral</li><li>Analyze the company&rsquo;s marketing data and report metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and eCommerce Platforms.</li><li>Stay informed on competitor positioning and messaging to inform strategy.</li></ul>Website Design and Maintenance&middot; Oversee the design, structure, and content updates of the company website to ensure alignment with branding and business goals.&middot; Optimize website performance for SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.&middot; Track website analytics and user behavior to recommend improvements and ensure high engagement rates.&middot; Manage hosting, domain registrations, and renewals in partnership with IT or external vendors.&middot; Backend platform knowledge across Volusion/Wix/WordPress&middot; Maintain and update all product listing (pricing, imagery, availability, etc.)Lead Generation<ul><li>Develop comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns to expand our reach, uphold brand integrity, increase brand recognition, and drive revenue growth</li><li>Own and manage all customer outreach programs to drive engagement and conversion.</li><li>Plan and host webinars in collaboration with Company subject matter experts.</li></ul>Management<ul><li>Lead content development processes (from ideation and research to planning and execution).</li><li>Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying issues and brainstorming creative growth strategies through both traditional and digital marketing activities.</li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors.</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED TO FULFILL THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in marketing, graphics design or a similar role.</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of content.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:<ul><li>No direct reports</li></ul>SALARY RANGE: $50,544.00 TO $70,720.00Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,544.00 - $70,720.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
