Marketing & Design Specialist

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Writing

  • Research and create content, including web pages, landing pages, social media posts, ad copy, product briefs, and success stories.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations team members to translate highly specialized information into customer-focused content.

Digital Marketing

  • Create and monitor ad campaigns across media platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Social Media, email and websites.
  • Design & Create Product datasheets and marketing collateral
  • Analyze the company’s marketing data and report metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and eCommerce Platforms.
  • Stay informed on competitor positioning and messaging to inform strategy.

Website Design and Maintenance

· Oversee the design, structure, and content updates of the company website to ensure alignment with branding and business goals.

· Optimize website performance for SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

· Track website analytics and user behavior to recommend improvements and ensure high engagement rates.

· Manage hosting, domain registrations, and renewals in partnership with IT or external vendors.

· Backend platform knowledge across Volusion/Wix/WordPress

· Maintain and update all product listing (pricing, imagery, availability, etc.)

Lead Generation

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns to expand our reach, uphold brand integrity, increase brand recognition, and drive revenue growth
  • Own and manage all customer outreach programs to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and host webinars in collaboration with Company subject matter experts.

Management

  • Lead content development processes (from ideation and research to planning and execution).
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying issues and brainstorming creative growth strategies through both traditional and digital marketing activities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED TO FULFILL THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, graphics design or a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of content.
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY RANGE: $50,544.00 TO $70,720.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,544.00 - $70,720.00 per year
