 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for an
 
 Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
 
 . The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, support the CEO, prepare expense reports, schedule and manage the CEO&rsquo;s diary, and assist with executive-level administrative functions.
 
 
 In addition, the Executive Assistant will:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and document
 
 Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
 
 for all CEO meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on
 
 assigned actions
 
 and ensure timely reporting to the CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage
 
 public relations communications
 
 and coordinate media engagements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute the
 
 CEO&rsquo;s personal branding plan
 
 , including online presence, event participation, and public communications.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 This position ensures smooth operation, confidentiality, and efficiency in all executive and strategic support functions.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in preparing Expense Reports and managing executive diaries
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in general Administrative Assistance
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
 </li>
