Our goal is to make every client feel like their event is important, cared for, and handled with excellence.If you&rsquo;re passionate about mixology and thrive in fast-paced, high-end environments, we want to hear from you!The RoleAs an Event Bartender with ETA, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, polished, and efficient beverage service at a wide range of events including weddings, private parties, engagement dinners, bachelorette events, corporate functions, and more.You are not just making drinks &mdash; you are shaping the guest experience at the bar. You set the tone, manage flow, engage guests, and ensure every interaction feels professional, warm, and intentional.Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up and break down the bar quickly and efficiently</li><li>Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails with speed and precision</li><li>Engage with guests warmly while maintaining smooth service flow</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout the event</li><li>Communicate clearly with event coordinators and fellow staff</li><li>Stay at your station at all times &mdash; never leave the bar unattended</li><li>Adapt quickly to event needs and client preferences</li><li>Execute classic and modern cocktails confidently, including custom or event-specific menus</li><li>Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible alcohol service standards</li><li>Represent ETA&rsquo;s brand with professionalism, energy, and care</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior event bartending experience (weddings, private parties, corporate events) OR high-end or high-volume bar environments (upscale restaurants, lounges, hotels, private clubs, or similar)</li><li>Must be confident, fast, and focused on customer service</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle high-volume, custom drink requests</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Punctual, dependable, and proactive</li><li>Must be 21+ years old with reliable transportation</li><li>Able to lift and carry bar supplies and equipment</li><li>Understand the importance of staying present at the bar &mdash; walking away without coverage is NOT acceptable</li><li>Experience in private clubs, hotels, golf clubs, catering halls, wedding venues, or upscale restaurants is highly valued.</li></ul>Experience only in casual chain restaurants or basic bar environments is generally not sufficient for this role.What We&rsquo;re Looking For- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail fundamentals- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure- Personable, confident, and professional communication style- Strong attention to detail and consistency- Calm, reliable, and organized in high-volume environments- Polished appearance and professional demeanor- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and long event shiftsImportant NoteWe are looking for bartenders who take pride in their craft and their professionalism.
