Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bobarista to join our team at our busy shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a love for tea, ensuring that every customer enjoys a delightful experience. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining the store's cleanliness, and providing exceptional service to our guests.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.</li><li>Operate the Chowbus POS system efficiently for order processing.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drink area, including food preparation stations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.</li><li>Engage with customers, taking orders accurately while providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Handle cash transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.</li><li>Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.</li><li>Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with tea preparation techniques and knowledge of various tea types is a plus.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.</li><li>Experience using POS systems is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques is essential.
