<ul><li>Process and enter invoices and credit memos into the accounting system</li>
<li>Upload invoices for approval and ensure timely processing</li>
<li>Prepare and issue payments, including checks and electronic transactions</li>
<li>Review vendor statements to verify accuracy and reconcile discrepancies</li>
<li>Communicate with vendors to resolve outstanding issues and retrieve missing documentation</li>
<li>Address vendor inquiries and provide prompt assistance</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy</li>
<li>Perform additional accounting tasks as needed</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li>
<li>2+ years of accounting experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience in the long-term care industry is a plus</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday</li>
<li>May need to assist in emergency evacuations of residents if necessary</li></ul></div>
