Job Summary
<ul><li>Provides administrative support to executive officers, the CEO or President. Requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
</li><li>Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
</li><li>Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
</li><li>Prepares presentation materials for board of director meetings.
</li><li>Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
</li><li>Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
</li><li>Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
</li><li>Requires a professional certification or equivalent experience in working with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries.

</li><li>Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
</li><li>Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
</li><li>Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Determines and develops approach to solutions; work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
</li><li>Contributes to the development of organization&rsquo;s goals and objectives.
</li><li>University degree and 4-6 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
</li></ul></div></div>A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$98,800.00-136,000.00 USD
The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
