Logistics Coordinator

Location: In Office — USA - Illinois - Champaign

Role Type : Part-time

About the Role:

As the logistics coordinator for the Champaign Office, you will have a broad range of responsibilities including office management, facilities, recruiting, procurement, and more. You will interact with individuals and organizations across the company. You will be a critical team member contributing to the success of site initiatives and the business.

This is a part-time role with a maximum of 15 hours/week.

Responsibilities can vary greatly from season to season and week to week, so adaptability and good record keeping is critical.

This is a new position, so initially, the position will require creating and documenting procedures for the various responsibilities.

Other requirements include:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and organize a broad range of varying activities

• Strong time management skills

• Attention to detail

• Adaptability

• Problem solving skills

Helpful (not required) experience or training include:

• Collegiate or professional recruitment

• Organizing complex sets of data or workflow management

• Working within engineering organizations

• Cybersecurity or physical security concerns

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$30,800.00-41,900.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
