What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li> Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care</li><li> Supervise nursing staff to ensure best practice</li><li> Develop and implement individualized care plans</li><li> Support residents&rsquo; emotional and physical well-being</li><li> Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams</li></ul>

Requirements:<ul><li> Active RN license in the state of Virginia</li><li> CPR/BLS Certification</li><li> Supervisory Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred</li><li> Team player, strong communicator, and a heart for seniors</li></ul>
