What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure best practice
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being
• Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

What You’ll Love:

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Virginia
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Supervisory Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
• Team player, strong communicator, and a heart for seniors

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
