Eversource is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Transmission in the Westwood, MA or Hartford, CT office. In this role you'll be responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on financial and schedule project controls metrics for the regional department in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. The role will include collaborative development of comprehensive strategies for advancing projects, including developing and monitoring internal KPIs and analytics, external communications for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and stakeholder relationship building in collaboration with other teams to support the department&rsquo;s role in the Transmission organization. Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Assist Managers and Directors with annual budgeting and Long-Range Planning for both CAPEX and PIS, by month, quarter, and fiscal year.</li><li>
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and report on project progress. Indicators such as schedule key milestones, schedule critical, project forecast, and spent-to-date financials will be monitored against overall project budget.</li><li>
Develop and maintain through coordination with project management a system of record for all project status, schedule, and financial performance. Ensure that overall project performance aligns with the Long-Range Plan of the current and future fiscal years.</li><li>
Provide regional portfolio status reports to inform monthly workplan meetings and periodic report outs.</li><li>
Provide general and project specific financial guidance for project level forecasting by project phase in alignment with year-end targets.</li><li>
Identify and organize department risk(s) by project and track mitigation plans and progress &ndash; ensure project forecasts are updated monthly to align with current status and mitigation strategy &amp; status.</li><li>
Coordinate between project management and eBuilder on formal project records and project assignment requests.</li><li>
Identify department level training needs and then develop and/or facilitate training with SMEs</li><li>

Within the Residential New Construction (RNC) program, this role focuses on advancing energy-efficient building design and construction practices. The EEC works closely with builders, developers, architects, and HERS raters to incorporate efficiency measures early in the design phase and ensure successful project completion. This includes supporting ENERGY STAR&reg; Homes, and above-code programs, while helping to grow participation and transform the residential construction market.
Within the Home Energy Performance (HEP) program, this role focuses on advancing energy efficiency improvements in existing homes through comprehensive home energy assessments and retrofit solutions. The EEC works closely with homeowners and contractors, to identify cost-effective weatherization measures and other efficiency opportunities. This includes promoting whole-home performance approaches, increasing customer adoption of recommended measures, and ensuring projects are completed to program standards. The role supports increased participation, enhanced customer experience, and improved energy savings while helping to transform the existing residential housing stock.

We are seeking a high-performing Recruiter to support large-scale hiring for allied health and mental health professionals. This is a fast-paced, volume-driven role for someone who understands how modern recruiting works, including systems, software, data, and automation. You will own requisitions end-to-end and be expected to move quickly while maintaining quality.
This role is designed for someone who is comfortable operating inside recruiting platforms and workflows, not someone who relies solely on manual outreach.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage high-volume recruiting pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines</li><li>
Source candidates using job boards, databases, outbound outreach, and referral channels</li><li>
Work within ATS and internal systems to track candidates accurately and at scale</li><li>
Use automation, workflow tools, and AI-assisted features to improve sourcing, screening, and follow-up</li><li>
Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve job ads, outreach messaging, and candidate conversion</li><li>
Conduct phone screens and qualification calls</li><li>
Ensure licensing, credentialing, and documentation requirements are met</li><li>

Systems, Software, and Scale Focus

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated outreach and communications strategies that increase awareness of Eversource&rsquo;s energy efficiency, active demand response, and electric vehicle programs across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Reporting manager: Marketing Communications Director
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Leads the strategy, development, and execution of proactive outreach and engagement initiatives to increase awareness of Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicle, and Active Demand Response programs and strategic priorities across key external audiences.</li><li>
Leads the development and delivery of messaging for media opportunities, interviews, public events, speaking engagements, and stakeholder briefings related to these programs, in partnership with Media Relations and Public Relations/Outreach teams, including representing these programs in external-facing settings as needed.</li><li>
Develops and implements integrated outreach plans, messaging frameworks, and engagement strategies that support business objectives and enhance customer and stakeholder awareness.</li><li>
Serves as a central point of contact for marketing outreach, public relations, and external communications supporting these programs, ensuring alignment and coordination across internal teams and external partners.</li><li>
Creates and delivers key communications materials, including talking points, briefing documents, presentations, and supporting content for public-facing opportunities.</li><li>
Identifies and supports strategic opportunities for external visibility and engagement, including events, partnerships, and stakeholder forums.</li><li>
Partners with internal teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to ensure communications are accurate, audience-focused, and aligned with program priorities and brand standards.</li><li>
Supports high-visibility and time-sensitive communications by developing materials, coordinating inputs, and ensuring readiness for external engagement.</li><li>
Manages external vendors and partners to deliver communications projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.</li><li>
Tracks outreach activity and engagement performance, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations to inform future strategies.</li><li>

Qualification
Technical Knowledge/Skill:<ul><li>
