Schedule: Wednesday through SundayShift: 3pm to 11:30pm<ul><li>Dispatch Drivers</li><li>Process customer orders and develop delivery schedules</li><li>Schedule and make delivery appointments via Samsara app</li><li>Check on airfreight inbound shipments</li><li>Frequent communication with customers and vendors of orders</li><li>Organize and maintain customer account details through our inventory system</li><li>Customers service support; respond to email and phone inquiries</li><li>Track and monitor the status of customer orders and troubleshoot any associated issues</li><li>Schedule inbound and outbound trucks</li><li>100% on-site, with working on call as needed</li></ul>REQUIRED SKILLS:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience</li><li>At least 1 year logistics experience preferred</li><li>Bilingual</li><li>Inventory Software experience a plus</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel</li><li>Ability to multitask / Work under pressure</li></ul>*This is an entry-level position*Job Type: Full-timePay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
