Logistics Associate

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday

Shift: 3pm to 11:30pm

• Dispatch Drivers
• Process customer orders and develop delivery schedules
• Schedule and make delivery appointments via Samsara app
• Check on airfreight inbound shipments
• Frequent communication with customers and vendors of orders
• Organize and maintain customer account details through our inventory system
• Customers service support; respond to email and phone inquiries
• Track and monitor the status of customer orders and troubleshoot any associated issues
• Schedule inbound and outbound trucks
• 100% on-site, with working on call as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
• At least 1 year logistics experience preferred
• Bilingual
• Inventory Software experience a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel
• Ability to multitask / Work under pressure
