We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lawn Care Lead Foreman to manage and operate a lawn maintenance crew. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, efficiency, and team leadership.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial and residential lawn care, be comfortable leading a crew, and be capable of safely operating landscaping equipment and vehicles.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise a lawn care crew on a daily basis</li><li>Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance</li><li>Operate commercial landscaping equipment, including Exmark mowers</li><li>Drive company truck and trailer to job sites safely</li><li>Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards</li><li>Train and motivate crew members</li><li>Maintain equipment and report any issues</li><li>Communicate with management and occasionally with clients</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in lawn care and crew leadership</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to drive a truck and trailer confidently</li><li>Experience operating commercial-grade equipment (Exmark preferred)</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Good communication and leadership skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience managing multiple job sites</li><li>Knowledge of lawn treatments, fertilization, and landscaping best practices</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity for growth and advancement</li><li>Consistent, full-time work</li><li>Supportive team environment</li></ul>Apply Today: If you&rsquo;re a motivated leader who takes pride in quality work and running a crew, we want to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
