Lawn Care Lead Foreman (Crew Leader)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lawn Care Lead Foreman to manage and operate a lawn maintenance crew. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, efficiency, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial and residential lawn care, be comfortable leading a crew, and be capable of safely operating landscaping equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a lawn care crew on a daily basis
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment, including Exmark mowers
• Drive company truck and trailer to job sites safely
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Train and motivate crew members
• Maintain equipment and report any issues
• Communicate with management and occasionally with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lawn care and crew leadership
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer confidently
• Experience operating commercial-grade equipment (Exmark preferred)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple job sites
• Knowledge of lawn treatments, fertilization, and landscaping best practices
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
