You'll be in the middle of the action every day:<ul><li>Answering a high volume of inbound calls and being the welcoming, professional first voice clients hear</li><li>Supporting our service department and dispatchers (&ldquo;desk catchers&rdquo;) to keep the day moving</li><li>Helping prepare and follow up on quotes</li><li>Following up with clients and keeping communication tight</li><li>Scheduling calls and coordinating the flow of service work</li><li>Keeping details organized, accurate, and nothing falling through the cracks</li></ul>What We Need From You<ul><li>A strong personality. You're confident on the phone, you don't get rattled, and people like dealing with you.</li><li>High attention to detail. You catch what others miss.
