Administrative Assistant — HVAC Service Department

What You'll Actually Do

This is a high-velocity, heavy-phones role supporting our service department. You'll be in the middle of the action every day:

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls and being the welcoming, professional first voice clients hear
• Supporting our service department and dispatchers (“desk catchers”) to keep the day moving
• Helping prepare and follow up on quotes
• Following up with clients and keeping communication tight
• Scheduling calls and coordinating the flow of service work
• Keeping details organized, accurate, and nothing falling through the cracks

What We Need From You

• A strong personality. You're confident on the phone, you don't get rattled, and people like dealing with you.
• High attention to detail. You catch what others miss. Sloppy isn't in your vocabulary.
• High velocity. You move fast, you stay organized under pressure, and you thrive in a busy environment.
• Hunger. You want to grow — into dispatch, coordination, or sales — and you're willing to earn it.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, comfort with phones and computers, and a great attitude.

Prior HVAC, trades, or service-industry experience is a plus — but the right personality and drive matter more.
